EventEz is a complete event management platform, designed for two uses that rarely coexist: paid ticketing with ticket types and QR codes, and free registration through dynamic forms the organiser builds themselves.
Challenge: Fit ticket sales, real-time organiser ↔ attendee messaging, official document generation and on-site access control into a single product — multi-currency and multi-country throughout.

What it changed.
Two products, one foundation
Ticketing and free registration share one event model, one authentication layer and one notification engine. An organiser switches between modes without changing tool, and the team maintains a single back end.
Asynchronous by default
QR code generation, confirmation emails, analytics exports and PDF invoicing all run through Celery. Web requests stay short even at ticket-release peaks, when hundreds of purchases land within minutes.
