TK/AMS.
TKAMS — Tefoye and Kana Academic Management System — is a student information system built for Bologna-model institutions in francophone Africa. It covers the whole academic cycle: admissions, clearance, timetables, attendance, exams, grade boards, official documents and progression.
Challenge: Replace weeks of manual grade boards — marks scattered across paper, Excel and WhatsApp with no audit trail — with a platform where changing one mark immediately recalculates the average, the decision and the minutes.

Weeks brought down to hours
The grade-board engine recalculates averages, decisions and minutes on every mark change. What used to take weeks of committee meetings is now settled within the session, with the official document generated at the end.
A model built for the academic cycle
Enrolments are atomic — a student registers for courses, not just a class — with a full history of attempts, repeats and resits. The faculty → programme → option → level hierarchy supports the progression rules institutions actually use.
